KBPA Knee and Hip Pain Survey

Who Is Conducting The Study

We are a group of medical professionals who want to help provide effective and easily accessible treatment to reduce pain and increase function. There has been a lot of research that has shown that when people with osteoarthritis (OA) do the right exercises, their pain is much lower, they can go back to working and playing normally, they don’t need to use as much medication and sometimes they can even delay or prevent surgery.

Benefits from the study

This survey is the first step in gathering the information we need to be able to offer a community based exercise program for people with knee and hip pain at minimum cost in the Kootenay Boundary.

Confidentiality

It is important that you answer honestly. No information about your identity will be collected; the survey is completely anonymous. You can be confident that no one can ever find about you or the answers you gave on this survey. You can choose to skip a question if you do not want to answer it, or if the question makes you feel uncomfortable.
